Step 1
Please indicate which membership is appropriate for you.
A Clinical Investigator Membership lists investigators by their specialty and therapeutic areas of expertise. The annual fee for a Clinical Investigator
Membership is $325. A Facility Membership emphasizes the expertise of the investigative site. The annual fee for a Facility Membership is $425.

Step 2
Complete the entire form including reviewing the membership contract. You may e-mail your membership forms to us at membership@clinicalinvestigators.com or FAX it to 763.544.1415.

Step 3
After receiving your membership forms, we will send via US mail a copy of your listing proof for your approval.

Clinical Investigator Personal Membership

You will have a listing in the 2008 CLINICAL INVESTIGATORS DIRECTORY.
You will have an immediate listing in our on-line service.
Upon enrollment you will receive the other membership benefits.

You will have a Listing in the 2008 Clinical Investigators Directory and Database.
You will have an immediate listing in our on-line service.
